Ep. 73 Ryan Casey “If I hear something twice, then I dig in”

This week I speak with Ryan Casey, who helps people take control of their wellbeing. He does this at his exercise-based wellbeing practice that features a combination of Muscle Activation Techniques™, Personal Training, and Coaching, all customized to help you meet the pursuits of your life. His practice has changed people’s lives (including mine) for the better!

Muscle Activation Techniques™ requires looking at the body in a new way. Instead of observing the body in motion, Ryan pauses the motion and looks at its parts. He looks at how muscles work in small segments and has found that it’s easier for people (of all walks of life and activity level) to address and manage a single part of the motion, rather than the whole. It is a non-invasive technique, designed to balance the muscular system of people of all ages.

So, you may be wondering, how did Ryan stumble upon Muscle Activation Techniques™? Ryan wrestled all through high school and college. But this left his body injured and in a lot of pain. After hearing about MAT twice over the course of a few years, his curiosity was piqued. When it transformed his life, he made a decision to share his knowledge with others.
